Throughout my career, I've been driven by a passion for crafting delightful experiences for customers, regardless of the circumstances.

As a project coordinator for experiments at Shopify, I thrived on tackling challenges head-on. I enjoyed working closely with my colleagues to identify problems, devise methodologies, plan actions, and define scopes of work. Our goal was not only to boost merchants' sales but also to maintain their success over time.

After 15 years of hands-on experience with clients and customers, I felt compelled to explore why it was so rewarding to see someone genuinely enjoy a product or service I had contributed to.

It dawned on me that everything boiled down to the "user" – a concept I hadn't fully appreciated until then.

While working as a recruitment coordinator, I stumbled upon UX Design. It was during this time that I began connecting the dots and delving into the field's intricacies.

I realized that my experience in coordinating projects and understanding the needs of both clients and users was a perfect match for the principles and practices of UX design. This revelation sparked my curiosity and ignited a passion for exploring the world of user-centric design further.

In late 2021, I embarked on a transformative journey with the UX Design Institute and obtained my certification in UX Design in 2022. This enlightening experience revealed that UX Design goes beyond problem-solving and research; it's an indispensable tool for companies to mitigate project risks.

I take immense pride in this accomplishment, and though I acknowledge there's still much to learn, I'm eagerly anticipating the evolution of my career and the challenges that await.
